Ingredients
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and add the diced beef.

- Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook for 6 – 8 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and fully cooked. Set aside to cool slightly.

- In a large bowl, add rocket leaves,

- and cherry tomatoes

- Add the cooked diced beef to the bowl containing the rocket leaves and cherry tomatoes.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil.
- Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Serve immediately, topped with optional shaved Parmesan or feta.
