Tips of the day!
For a successful fried rice, you need to begin your cooking with cold Rice.  This is important because hot or even warm rice will clump and steam your rice instead of frying. To cool your rice faster, spread it out on a large tray or any large flat container and place it in the fridge if you do not have enough time.
Secondly, do not overcook the vegetables.   This is because vegetables will continue to cook when you fry the rice, so you have to ensure that the initial cooking time is minimal. This will help the vegetables to retain its colour, texture, and flavour.
